Tŷ Hafan, Wales’ children’s hospice, is one of the UK’s paediatric palliative care charities. For over 20 years Tŷ Hafan has offered care, support and comfort to over 800 life-limited children and young people in Wales, extending this support to their immediate and extended families for however long they need it. As well as offering families end-of-life care and services, Tŷ Hafan’s work concentrates on the children’s quality of life - making a short life a full life.
