Refunds / Exchanges - Jumpers

We try to provide as much information as possible to each product page to ensure that you're able to choose the right size for you. Please read the size information for each product carefully before placing your order. However, we understand that you may need to exchange your t-shirt or jumper.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is placed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any labels must still be attached to the item.

Sample and sale items are non-returnable.

If you would like to return or exchange your item, please email post@draenogdesign.co.uk with your order number and details of which size you would like to return to us and receive in it's place.

You will need to pay £3.50 to cover the postage cost for each exchanged item. We will send you details of how to pay.

An exchange is subject to available stock and is not guaranteed.

At busy times it may take additional time for your exchange to be processed and delivered.

Please receive a proof of posting when sending your item to us, or use a tracked service.
