Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you enter one of our competitions or offers, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

General

1. The promoter is Dylunio Draenog Design.
2. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Free gift with purchase terms and conditions

1. Promotional free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods, whilst stock lasts.
2. During specific promotional periods, orders on the Dylunio Draenog Design website qualify to receive a free gift.
3. Customers can not choose what free gift they will receive.
4. One gift per order.
5. All orders placed with a qualifying spend, placed during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the appropriate free gift (whilst stocks last, one per order).

6. All free gifts are; subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

7. No cash alternatives are offered. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift.

Discount code terms and conditions

1. During specific promotional periods, orders on the Dylunio Draenog Design website qualify for discounts.
2. To claim your discount, please add the promotional code to your basket when prompted at the checkout when placing your order.
3. Your discount will be included on your order confirmation. If you fail to add the promotional code to your order, the discount will not appear in any confirmation notifications. Please check your order confirmation.

4. Gift wrapping and postage options are not included in the order subtotal.

    

Competition / prize draw terms and conditions

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
2. Only one entry per person. 
3. The winners will be randomly selected.
4. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Dylunio Draenog Design reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
5. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail or social media. Dylunio Draenog Design's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Dylunio Draenog Design may require.
7. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
8. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
10. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
11. The competition is being run by Dylunio Draenog Design.
12. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you.
13. Dylunio Draenog Design reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
